《Vol. 109》 Discovering Issues of New Industries and Regulatory Conflicts Using Topic Modeling Technique

With conflicts over regulations amplifying in line with various changes by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, articles related to “regulatory conflict” and “new industry” published by the press since 2017 were collected and analyzed. The result indicated that the subjects covered the most by the press was a simple fact that there exist various discussions on regulatory improvement, and in many cases, the government’s specific effort to resolve regulatory conflicts had been hardly mentioned. This analysis implies that a more eleborate conflict resolution mechanism is required to make regulations for new industries more effective.
